Musings on the Big C
good you stayed and rested..
Sorry to hear you missed the party honey but glad you listened to your body and feel better today. You will go to the ball cinders, but another time. See you soon baboonSX
Not entirely true actually. Once she had gone to bed I took the wig and shoes out myself for a bit of whirl in Hemel. They certainly drew lots of approving glances and comments...This post is for all my friends with the very vivid imaginations. Please draw the bucket nearer before dwelling too long on the mental picture you now have.
You're TRULY weird.
Sometimes I have to pinch myself to remember this is a blog for someone who is being treated for cancer!! I laugh and smile too much!! Between blonde wigs, spinning classes, parties and general life affirmation, it's a heck of a ride. But never for a minute imagine that people have expectations of you. And don't you dare build unrealistic expectations either. Just cause you have cancer does not mean you have to be a super hero every day!! You just do what you have to do to get rid of EC and know we are all with you. Always x
Chinot, well done for listening and accepting that rest this time was better...discretion is sometimes the better part of valour!Oh Al,I wondered who that ungainly lady was who I whistled at in Hemel....stubbly face and none stubbly legs means the veet worked but that five oclock shadow is too much of a giveaway...well that and the miniskirt being too short...no, horrible image, must reach bucket. Chinot, charge him to rent your wig n shoes!! ;-)
